Architect's Engagement Ring
The Exmouth Market and Clerkenwell area around our store is also home to numerous architectural practices. We’ve found that our style appeals to architects and designers – perhaps in part because architecture has been such a strong influence in our designs.
We were delighted to take on an engagement ring commission recently for two local architects. They came to us with vision for the engagement ring, which we helped them to refine. Together we discussed the idea and explored options, explaining which materials would be most suitable for their design. They then drew up a detailed design of the ring which you can see below:
The design is clean, elegant and structural with precise proportions and a deceptively simple combination of mixed metals. We’re always up for a challenge, and enjoyed working on something so different from our own designs. The ring is made from 18-carat gold and platinum and set with a white diamond to create a unique and alternative engagement ring.
